An automatic vertical packaging machine "Danfac-220MS" is intended for packing free-flow dust-free products such as cereals, nuts, sugar, coffee beans, granular tea, small-size sweets, etc.
A basic machine consists of the following groups:
a steel frame resistant to vibration
a device for mounting a film roll with pneumatic clamps on two self-alignment cones
a device for quick splicing of a new film roll with the end of the previous film roll
a system for automatic tracking of film displacement to reach the exact position of a vertical seal
a device for automatic stop of the machine at the end of a film roll
film transport With two belts
drive units for vertical and horizontal movement of sealing jaws
a system for cooling a vertical seal
frequency regulator for smooth regulation of the speed
a colour graphic touch screen and PLC (OMRON) to control operation and communicate with an operator
a system for mounting a forming set with two pneumatic clamps for quick replacement
a function “double film transport” for making longer bags

a volume auger filler “Danfac-1400” is intended for dosing free-flow, non free-flow and paste products (flour, ground coffee, milk powder, sugar, salt, spices, cereals, sour cream, mayonnaise, etc.)
a multi head (Multi pond, Yamato) is intended for dosing piece-products (sweets, nuts, short-cut macaroni, cookies, chips, frozen foodstuffs, etc.)
